“We know having Riley in our bathrooms has increased engagement, and we know that engagement drives productivity and business performance. From an overall business perspective, it’s a fantastic initiative.”

Annette Byrne, HR VP Europe

Kerry Group

“Riley has made the rollout incredibly easy. They have supported us every step of the journey to the point now where most of our employees view period care as the same as hand towels or soap in a bathroom.“

Sarah Slevin, Partner

RDJ LLP

“In truth, it's probably something that we should have done sooner. We view it as simply a basic human right for our employees. My advice to other companies is to just do it, It should be there, you should be providing it.“

Dan Holland, Audit and Assurance Partner

Grant Thornton

“We felt that this was a basic requirement. We supply our staff with everyday essentials and felt period care should be on that list. Period care is a mark of respect for our colleagues.“
