COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

COOKIES / TRACKING TECHNOLOGY / LOGFILES

Like many sites, the Site employs cookies and web beacons (also known as clear GIF technology or “action tags”) to speed up your navigation of the Site, recognise you and your access privileges, and track your Site usage.

For payments, we are using a certified payment gateway provider. All credit card details are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). All payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We, therefore, do not see or keep your credit card information.

While we use industry-standard precautions to safeguard your personal information, we cannot guarantee complete security. 100% complete security does not presently exist anywhere online or offline.

GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in the giveaway hosted by We Are Riley Ltd. ("the Company").

By entering this giveaway, participants accept these terms and conditions in full. If any participant disagrees with these terms and conditions, they should not enter the giveaway.

Eligibility:

  1. The giveaway is open to residents of Ireland, the United Kingdom and Europe aged 18 years or over except employees of the Company and their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the giveaway.
  2. There is no entry fee, and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.

How to Enter:

  1. To enter the giveaway, participants must provide their:

    4. Where Their Company Is Based
    5. Their Job Title
  2. Entries must be submitted on or before March 1st, 2024
  3. The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Company’s control.

Prize:

  1. The prize for the giveaway is.

    3. 2x bulk boxes of period care to be given to their charity/organisation of their choice
  2. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  3. The prize is not transferable.
  4. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Company.

Notification:

  1. Winners will be notified by email within 2 days of the closing date.
  2. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within [number] days of notification, the Company reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Marketing Consent:

  1. By entering the giveaway and providing their contact details, participants agree to receive marketing materials from the Company.
  2. Participants have the right to unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the marketing materials.
  3. The Company may use the contact details provided by participants to send marketing materials until such time that the participant unsubscribes.

General Terms:

  1. The Company's decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by Irish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
