Beyond the Policy: Designing for Women’s Health at Work

Policies around women’s health are becoming more common. But are they actually changing how people experience the workplace?

New UK research shows that just 37% of adults feel comfortable discussing periods with colleagues, down from 42% the previous year. Despite growing awareness and more workplace initiatives, the conversation appears to be moving backwards.

So, what are we missing?

Join Riley and Personio for an intimate breakfast event bringing together HR, People & Culture and DE&I leaders to explore what women’s health actually requires of employers, beyond the policy.
