Can you deliver to multiple locations?

Yes! If you have multiple sites, you can place a separate order for each location through our online store. Simply select the delivery address for each site when processing your order. We're unable to split a single order across multiple locations, so a separate order will need to be placed per site. If you'd like help managing orders across multiple locations, feel free to reach out to us directly at wholesale@weareriley.com and we'll be happy to assist.

What's your reorder process?

You can re-order by logging into your account via the online store or you can reach out to the Riley team at wholesale@weareriley to place your order.

How do I know what quantity to order?

You can get an idea of how many units of product you will need by using our product calculator. Or you can get in touch with our team and they can put together a custom proposal based on your organisation’s set up and needs.

How many products fit in a dispenser?

Our Large Eco-Dispenser - holds approx. 115 units (45 pads, 70 applicator tampons) Our In-cubicle Eco-Dispenser - holds approx, 50 units (20 pads, 30 applicator tampons)

Where do you ship to?

Right now, we ship to Ireland, the UK, and the EU. Shipping will be calculated at checkout or quotation stage. Please get in touch with the sales team if you have an office located outside of these regions for a bespoke cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit cards and credit cards. Our website is secure using SSL encryption, which ensures a safe checkout. We can also offer credit terms on invoices to our corporate clients.
